VMware alert internal error

Some user will meet like me when using Vmware .My issue it when i click Vmware and run Virtual PC it alert internal service error .This cause service of Vmware not running so we need to start that service of Vmware Before we run Virtual Machine. run-->services.msc----> vmware service authorithy and start that service.
