How to disable window update in window 10 permenently ?

 To access the group policy editor, press Windows Key + R, type the following line into the Run dialog, and press Enter:

gpedit.msc

Navigate to
Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Windows Update

 After you will see the Configure Automatic Updates--> Then disable it.
And than run cmd by command gpupdate /force.
